AWAKE is a not for profit volunteer organization with several objectives. These include:

• Preservation of Asian culture
• Promotion of Healthy Relationships
• Teen and Youth Counseling
  

AWAKE is committed to helping women and children in abusive situations. A full spectrum of services, including legal, counseling, financial and social are offered.

AWAKE as the name suggests is an alliance, an alliance with the community in creating a society free of violence for women and children where all individuals, i.e. women, children and men live as equals with dignity and without fear. Although domestic violence impacts women and children most of all, it is the responsibility of all of us, the community to end violence against women.
